Bill M. and Betty J. Bumgardner Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring within Education
2. Applicants must be of sophomore, junior, or senior standing (recipient will be junior/senior)
3. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher
4. Applicants must demonstrate strong commitment to Technology Education through active participation in professional education organizations
