Howard Family Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicant must be a first-year, transfer, or a continuing student
2. Applicant be pursuing a degree in Education
3. Applicants must be a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces, including Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard.
