Barbara Fletcher Legacy Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Must demonstrate interest in promoting equity, inclusion, or social justice for women pursuing higher education
2. Must be a Wisconsin or Oklahoma resident
3. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
4. Preference will be given to a females
