Joe Rottmann

Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1972 with a degree in Biology. He grew up in Hicksville, New Jersey, and later built his career as a high school counselor in Dansville, Illinois. The name of the scholarship pays tribute to the two communities that played an important role in Joe’s life: “Hicks” represents Hicksville, New Jersey, where he grew up, and “Dan” represents Dansville, Illinois, where he spent his career serving students as a high school counsel
