Illinois Access Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must be a resident of Illinois for tuition purposes
3. Applicants must have submitted a FAFSA
4.Applicants must be ineligible for the Pell Grant and demonstrate remaining unmet financial need.
