David Murphy and Virginia Bowar Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicant must be a first-year, transfer, or a continuing student
2. Applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering, preference will be given to applicants with a focus of Environmental Civil Engineering
