James R., Darlene M., and Brian K. Rulseh Scholarship

Jim and Darlene Rulseh created this scholarship in honor of their deceased son Brian K. Rulseh.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be new freshmen
2. Applicants must graduate from Bradford High School, Kenosha, WI; Tremper High School, Kenosha, WI; or Indian Trail High School, Kenosha, WI
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
4. Applicants must have participated in extra-curricular activities while in high school
5. Applicants must demonstrate leadership ability
