Amazing People Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

A wise person once said, “If you want something done, give it to a busy person”. With over 400 students with disabilities enrolled at UW-Platteville, there are a lot of busy people working hard to reach their goals in life. Undertaking a vigorous academic load is challenging; add handling additional challenges makes these students impressive indeed. The “Amazing People” scholarships are awarded to recognize their extraordinary effort.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior
2. Applicants must be registered and receiving service from the the Disability Access Center (DAC)
