For the recipient of this scholarship: Live your life serving others and the rewards you receive will be beyond any of your wildest expectations.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a New Freshman
2. Applicants must be a graduate of Platteville High School in Platteville, WI
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
