Criminal Justice Scholarship

Recognizing the need for more scholarships, members of the Criminal Justice Department joined together, with the help of Professor Joe Lomax and invited alumni, to establish the Criminal Justice Scholarship.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Criminal Justice
2. Applicants must have completed at least 60 credits
3. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
4. Applicants must be active on campus and/or have community involvement
5. Applicants must submit a one-page essay explaining why they believe they are deserving of this scholarship and what impact this scholarship would have on their future
