The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year, transfer, or continuing student
2. Applicants must be majoring or minor in art
3. Applicants must be in good standing with the university
4. Applicants primary residence must be in Southwestern Wisconsin
