Medical Associates Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year, transfer, or a continuing student
2. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher.
3. Preference will be given to applicants from the following counties: Clayton (IA), Delaware (IA), Dubuque (IA), Jackson (IA), Jones (IA), Jo Daviess (IL), Crawford (WI), Grant (WI), Iowa (WI), Lafayette (WI)
4. Preference will be given to students majoring in the following majors: Pre-Medicine, Psychology (must plan to obtain a PHD), Pre-Physician Assistant, Pre-Physical Therapy, UW-Madison Physician Assistant Program at UW-Platteville, Pre-Podiatry

Amount awarded will be based on student’s year in college: Freshman ($1,000), Sophomore ($1,000), Junior ($1,500), Senior ($1,500).
