The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year or continuing student
2. Applicants must be majoring in an Agribusiness or Agriculture Education
3. Preference will be given to applicants from Marinette, Oconto, Florence, Shawano, Brown, Forest, Kewanee, and Door counties in Wisconsin
