Mike and Jackie David Scholarship

John David, a 1976 UW-Platteville graduate, has established this scholarship in honor of his parents, Jerome “Mike” and Jacqueline “Jackie” David. Jackie Temby David received a BS in Education from UW-Platteville in 1951. She is a retired teacher who taught for 25 years, 16 of them in junior high. Mike sold advertising for the Shopping News for many years. Then for 13 years, he had his own business publishing TV Showtime and selling Ennis business forms before he and Jackie moved to Florida. All four of their sons are graduates of UW-Platteville.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must graduate from Cuba City, Platteville, or Iowa-Grant High Schools in Wisconsin
