Joyce Mueller Memorial Scholarship

Joyce M. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dubuque. Joyce was a true supporter of education. She loved teaching and sharing her wealth of information, both in educating her subordinates and in the classroom. This scholarship was created to support Joyce’s passion for helping people through the medical field.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in the medical field
2. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
3. Applicants must be in good academic standing
4. Applicants must be from the Southwest Wisconsin area, including Galena, IL, and Dubuque, IA
