Sentry Insurance Foundation Scholarship for UW-Platteville

Sentry Insurance is committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. Through corporate donations, community involvement and volunteerism, Sentry and its employees work to improve and maintain a quality of life for individuals and communities. Sentry and its employees contribute to a diverse range of organizations that provide educational programs and opportunities, civic and community support, cultural awareness, and basic human service needs.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must be majoring in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering Technology Management with an emphasis in Occupational Safety Management, or Accounting
3. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher
4. Applicants must show involvement in extra-curricular activities, community activities, charitable organizations, and other endeavors which indicate significant leadership records and outstanding leadership potential

The Sentry Insurance Foundation scholarship is renewable for up to four years as long as the recipient maintains a GPA of 3.3 or higher and continues to pursue one of the five degrees listed above.
