F.H. Russell Electrical Engineering Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Electrical Engineering
2. Recipients must be of senior standing
3. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.75 of higher
4. Applicants must demonstrate outstanding leadership potential
