R.H. Batterman Scholarship Fund

Founded in 1917, R.H. Batterman & Co., Inc. (Batterman) is an engineering, surveying, and planning firm with locations in Beloit and Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Over the last 104-plus years, our firm has evolved to provide a wide range of services, including civil engineering, land surveying, urban planning and design, landscape design and project management to state, municipal and private sector clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.

Batterman’s current owners, Frank McKearn (President), Lance Wagner (Vice President), and Todd Needham (Secretary/Treasurer) are all UW-Platteville alumni and would like to give back to Pioneers pursuing a career in Civil Engineering!

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants can be a first-year or a continuing student
2. Applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering
3. Applicants must be in good academic standing
