Lois M Kaiser-Genthe and William F. Schilling Scholarship

Dustin Schilling, Lois and William’s grandson, is the inspiration for this scholarship. Dustin is a UW-Platteville graduate with a degree in Art Education. During the pursuit of his degree, he supported himself by working full time. This alone was not enough to cover his expenses. He relied on scholarships and grants to successfully get his degree. Dustin is currently starting his second year of teaching art, PreK-12. He has reached his dream of helping kids discover their own creativity.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Recipients must be of sophomore, junior, or senior standing
2. Applicants must be majoring in Art or Art Education, with preference given to applications majoring in Art Education
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
