Pioneering Progress in the Fields of Biology Scholarship

This scholarship was created by the donor to give back to students as a way of saying thanks for the scholarships she received at UW-Platteville while earning her bachelor degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Biology
2. Applicants must be of sophomore, junior, or senior standing
3. Applicants must have a GPA between 2.5 and 3.3
4. Preference will be given to applicants who are non-traditional students, especially over the age of 24

Please note that the recipient must demonstrate at least one of the following:
1. volunteer work with hours related to their field of study
2. involvement in college and community service activities
