James C. Klein Memorial Scholarship

James C. Klein graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1977 with a B.S. in English and Philosophy, going on to get his law degree but having his life taken prematurely in 1985. In loving honor of the wonderful life that James lived and the inspiration he was to so many, Dr. David Bishop, Ph.D., created this scholarship.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be talented pre-law students
2. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
