Katie Vaassen Student Ambassador Leader Scholarship

The UW-Platteville Student Ambassadors created this scholarship in memory of Katie Rae Vaassen, a campus-involved UW-Platteville graduate who was a Student Ambassador, Student Senate member, men’s basketball manager, and employee of the Karrmann Library and Office of Admissions.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be of junior or senior standing
2. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Applicants must be second year Student Ambassadors
4. Preference will be given to applicants with additional Pioneer involvement
