Dr. Paul W. Gauger WSUP Radio Scholarship

Paul Gauger was the head of the Department of Speech at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1958 until 1977 and a member of the Speech Communication Association and the Theatre Association. This scholarship was created In memorial of Dr. Paul Gauger’s lifetime commitment to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and the WSUP radio station.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior
2. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Applicants must be active members of WSUP Radio
4. Applicants must have provided meritorious service to WSUP Radio
5. Preference will be given to applicants entering their junior year with 60 or more total credits
