Larry A. and Jennie Lynn Larson Scholarship

To show appreciation for their professional success and 25 years of marriage, the Lany A. and Jennie Lynn Larson scholarship was created. Larry and Jennie believe the UW-Platteville College of Engineering, Mathematics, and Science is one of the leading institutions for training future generations of engineers who will exemplify the importance of engineers providing America’s leaders with the best long term options that will ensure the nation’s communities are sustainable from natural hazards in the face of changing climate, watershed conditions and increasing population living in high risk areas.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicant must be of junior or senior standing
2. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in Engineering
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
4. Preference will be given to applicants from Wisconsin
