Walter G. Knox Scholarship

Walter G. Knox is a 1968 UW-Platteville graduate who enjoyed the atmosphere and opportunities offered during a challenging and changing social environment. The university experience provides individuals the opportunity to mature into future contributors to society.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must be graduating from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, WI or Riverdale High School in Muscoda, WI
3. Preference will be given to applicants who have a high school GPA between 2.5-3.0

The Walter G. Knox Scholarship is renewable for up to four years providing the recipient maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
