MidwestOne Bank Scholarship

There shall be five scholarships awarded each year, one to a recipient at each high school that is located in a city where MidWestOne Bank operates a branch.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must graduate in the top half of class at one of the following:
a. Cuba City High School
b. Hazel Green High School
c. Lancaster High School
d. Fennimore High School
e. Platteville High School
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
