Robert Kliebenstein Memorial Scholarship

Robert Kliebenstein attended UW-Platteville for one year. After that time he transferred to Iowa State, Mining program. He graduated from that University. Mr. Kliebenstein worked for many mining companies in this area. He died suddenly of a brain aneurysm at the approximate age of 59 years.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be continuing students
2. Applicants must be majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering
