Stanley M. Thompson Memorial Scholarship

As a way to say thank you for the important influence that Stanley played as an active student leader and social figure at UW-Platteville, this scholarship was created for the betterment of incoming freshmen students studying Agriculture.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year student
2. Applicants must be majoring in Agriculture
3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
4. Preference will be given to applicants majoring in Agricultural Education
5. Preference will be given to applicants with an agricultural background
