Thomas B. Lundeen Endowed Scholarship in History

Dr. Thomas B. Lundeen has been a favorite history teacher for hundreds of students and has been an active adviser and advocate for university governance groups, fraternities, and activities. In light of his retirement after 40 years of dedicated service to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Dr. Lundeen created this scholarship in honor of all of his past students and his educational experiences here.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in History or Social Studies Education with a History emphasis
2. Applicants must be of freshmen or sophomore standing
3. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

The Thomas B. Lundeen Endowed Scholarship in History may be renewable if the recipient maintains the required grades and remains a history major.
