Ken Kundert Memorial Scholarship in Mathematics

Kenneth R. Kundert graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1961 with a degree in Mathematics. A brilliant student, Ken Kundert went on to obtain a master’s degree in Mathematical Statistics from Purdue University and then returned to Platteville as a professor in his former department. This scholarship was created in loving memory and honor of Ken, who faced an untimely death.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Recipients must be a sophomore or junior
2. Applicants must be majoring in Mathematics
3. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
4. Applicants must demonstrate high moral character
