Dwight Klaassen Biochemistry Scholarship

Professor Dwight Klaasen has been an inspiration to motivate Chemistry majors to pursue research careers in Biochemistry. This fund has been established to recognize Dr. Klaasen’s contributions in this area and to encourage promising Chemistry Majors to pursue research careers in Biochemistry.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry
2. Applicants must express interest in pursuing graduate studies in Biochemistry or a closely related study
