Roger Walton Civil Engineering Scholarship

Roger Walton graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1981 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Roger has held several structural engineering positions at the Iowa Department of Transportation and is currently holding the position of the District 6 Structural Engineer. In recognition of Roger’s appreciation of the excellent education that he received at UW-Platteville, he created this scholarship to be given to a student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering
2. Applicants must be of sophomore standing
3. Applicants must have a GPA between 2.25 and 2.90
