David M. Nevins Scholarship for Student Leader

In the spring of 2016, current and former students established a scholarship in recognition of David M. Nevins and his passion for working with and developing the skills of young student leaders at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. The intent is to award a scholarship annually to a returning student who exemplifies the leadership potential David nurtured in his role as Director of Campus Activities. The recipient should be an emerging student leader in Greek Life, Student Senate and/or Campus Programming and Relations-the areas David worked most closely with during his tenure.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must actively participate in Greek Life, Student Senate, and/or Campus Programming and Relations
2. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
