Craig J. Howard Biology Scholarship for Short Term Study Abroad or Summer Research

Craig J. Howard graduated from La Follette High School in Madison, Wisconsin. Craig graduated from UW-Platteville in 1971 with a degree in Biology. Craig worked in the VA for over 24 years, including the VA in Chicago where he met his wife Susan. His father also attended UW-Platteville.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be continuing students
2. Applicants must be majoring in Biology
3. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
4. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
5. Applicants must be first generation students
