David Murphy and Virginia Bowar Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering
2. Preference will be given to applicants with a focus of Environmental Civil Engineering

The David Murphy and Virginia Bowar scholarship is renewable so long as the above criteria is met.
