Harriet E. Gibbon Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must graduate from Platteville, Belmont, or Iowa Grant High School
2. Applicants must be majoring in Education

This scholarship is renewable for up to 5 years of full-time enrollment.
