Floy Kies Smythe Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was created in memory of Floy Edna Kies Smythe, who for much of her life loved helping others enjoy learning.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
2. Applicants must demonstrate leadership experience, involvement in extra-curricular activities, and a strong desire to learn
