Mid-State Equipment Scholarship

Mid-State Equipment was founded in 1974 in Columbus, WI. The company consists of an Equipment Division, Rental Division, and Leasing Division. They carry John Deere implements, tools and toys, Bobcat and Kubota brands as well. There customer base is widely diversified with customers in agriculture, construction, government, commercial and consumer related areas of emphasis.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must be a first-year or a transfer student
2. Applicants must be majoring in Agriculture
3. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology or Agribusiness
4. Preference will be given to applicants who are children of Mid-States Equipment employees
5. Preference will be given to applicants from Wisconsin
