Melvin and Helen Uthe Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):

1. Applicants can be a first-year, transfer, or a continuing student
2. Preference will be given to applicants who have graduated from Dubuque Senior High School (IA)
3. Preference will be given to first generation students from a rural town.
