Kelsie Martin Memorial Scholarship

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicant must be a continuing student
2. Applicant must serve as either a Resident Assistant (RA) or a Senior Assistant as defined by Residence Life
3. If there are no applicants, the second preference to be considered is an applicant majoring is psychology.
