John Busby D.D.S. and Affiliated Dentists Dental Scholarship

Dr. John Busby attended UW-Platteville in the pre-dental program. John believes the dental profession can be enhanced by the pre-dental program’s preparation for dental school and with guidance in professional development through mentorship. This monetary scholarship, and potential mentorship, is designed to help and assist prospective students to not only become skilled dental providers but also to become positive members of their communities.

The following criteria shall be used in the annual selection of the recipient(s):
1. Applicants must major in Biology
2. Preference will be given to applicants who are enrolled in the pre-professional program of Dentistry
2. Preference will be given to applicants who will be of junior or senior standing
3. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need
